The Crop Specialist is a complete management tool which will handle records for any size of establishment, be it a single farm or more than one farm - nowadays often needed as many people contract or lease extra land. This range makes the program suitable not only for single site farms of any size but also for recording the activities of contracting businesses and farmers with more than one farm to manage.

This flexibility extends to how much or how little detail you want your records to go into. The Crop Specialist can be used just to keep details of past and present cropping on fields or it can be as detailed as a full stock control system with all FEPA and COSHH requirements, plus gross margin calulations per crop, field or variety, and a purchase and sales record together with a summary of monthly income and expenditure.

To make your job easier still the Crop Specialist contains full on-screen help files and manuals which will advise you every step of the way> The screens are well designed with maximum use of colour in order to make them clear and easy to follow. Seed varieties, sprays and fertilisers can be pre-set to suit your own enterprises and this information will appear on pop-up menus when required making the job of data entry quick and simple.

The Crop Specialist is especially designed to suit any type of arable enterprise on any type of land. Soil types, crops grown, herbicides used, filed operations undertaken, these can all be pre-set in the programs set-up so that the system accurately reflects the farms circumstances from the outset. The information is easy to put in as all the screens within the program are laid out
