FORDYN is a hierarchical forest ecosystem model organized into four levels.
The first level deals with growth and mortality of individual trees, the second
with above- and below-ground allocation of biomass, the third with physiological data
and the fourth with C3 photosynthesis, allowing for the simulation of temperature
and CO2 impacts on the ecosystem.
