Abstract:
As part of the Integrated Forest Study (IFS), which was initiated 1986 by
Electrical Power Research Institute (EPRI) to evaluate the effects of
atmospheric deposition on nutrient cycling in forest ecosystems,
the Nutrient Cycling Model (NuCM) has been developped to simulate the
processes which influence nutrient cycling in forest ecosystems. These
include atmospheric, hydrologic vegetation and soil processes.
